Small, fast-growing accounting practice based in Decatur, AL seeking a bright, hard-working self-starter to add to our team. Position is part-time to start, but has potential to develop to full-time for the right candidate. Strong understanding of GL Accounting is a must, and QuickBooks experience is required. Any additional experience in government contract accounting and / or tax is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred. Although we are based in Decatur, many of our clients are in the Huntsville area, so candidates must be willing and able to travel to client sites outside our immediate office location if necessary.
